Great location in iconic area, warm boutique property. Excellent restaurant and outstanding team. Elite services, felt at home. Friendly, helpful multilingual staff. Small bar with welcome drinks. Comfortable, clean rooms with very comfortable beds.

Located in the Recoleta area, this hotel offers a central location close to San Telmo and the city center. The rooms are well-designed and the facilities are modern. Guests can enjoy a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony area in their rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast is included and offers a nice selection.

Some guests have mentioned that if you stay in the room, you may hear noises from neighboring rooms due to the close proximity.

The hotel's ideal location and spacious rooms with 2 full baths were perfect for our family with kids.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for a luxurious stay. the exclusive amenities made my trip unforgettable. I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the sun loungers, as well as the Spa & wellness centre. the breakfast, served until late morning, offered a variety of options, including special diet menus. the friendly staff at the lobby bar provided me with an excellent in-room breakfast, with an Espresso machine bundled with the room advantages.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, it was truly luxurious from start to finish. the spa and wellness center were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna. Our room was top-notch, with exclusive amenities such as an espresso machine and private facilities. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with special diet menus available. the staff provided exceptional service, attentive yet unobtrusive.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the lobby bar; it was a bit small and lacked a few options on the menu.

I was kinda surprised by the prime location and cozy ambiance. The staff at the front desk were friendly and provided excellent recommendations. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The complimentary evening beverage voucher was a nice touch. Despite a few minor issues mentioned in the reviews, my overall experience at Casasur Recoleta was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value and great experience.

The staff at this boutique hotel were helpful and friendly. They were really nice too ensure we had a great stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the best neighborhood. We were able to easily walk to bars, restaurants, and even a supermarket. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well presented. We especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the rainhead shower in the large bathroom.

The balcony in our room faced a concrete shaft instead of fresh air. It was still nicely decorated, but it would have been even better to have an open balcony.

We stayed in a hotel in the upscale area of Recoleta and it was a great location. It was close to the famous Recoleta Cemetery and we could easily explore the area on foot. The room we had was spacious and comfortable, with a large ensuite bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us a free tango dance class and wine tasting event during our stay.

The breakfast had a limited choice and the hot options were not always hot.
